My trust is in the Lord,
In Him I do believe.
Great blessings that I receive,
His graciousness afford.
My hope, then, is restored,
And miseries relieve,
When mercy I can’t conceive
Is granted my reward,
From the king so highly adored.
My God has called me to more.
His faith in me is sure.
I offer thanks each day,
Lest my faith should fade away …
All that I know to be
Is spoken in His Word.
On me, He has conferred
The gift of love so free.
His call for me, I’ve heard.
He speaks resoundingy,
“Go out, give gleefully,
Speak of mercy unheard,
And true wealth will be assured.”
